You will analyze financial data, prepare written analyses, and monitor credit quality to protect and grow client relationships. Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5–8 years in Business Banking, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in SBA lending or portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to eight years of Business Banking experience.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of bank products and services for deepening relationships.
• Knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and policy.
• Understanding of complex financial accounting and analysis.
• Ability to work effectively with groups across the company to manage customer relationships.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in SBA lending or SBA portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Relationship Manager to manage SBA relationships and loan portfolio.
