Qualifications

• Familiarity with SBA/CRE processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Use internal systems to gather information for the Credit Officer.
• Monitor deals, renewals, and annual reviews to the credit stage.
• Review loan packages for policy adherence and due diligence.
• Review entity documents, including trusts and UCC searches.
• Coordinate valuations, flood checks, and reports.
• Evaluate real estate title, valuations, environmental reports, and leases.
• Verify SBA documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assess collateral to meet credit approval terms.
• Prepare custom loan and compliance docs protecting the bank.
• Schedule closings with escrow/title companies on time.
• Resolve unbookable loans and servicing holds.
