Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated management, leadership and coaching skills.
• LaserPro experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple loan submissions in various stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of SBA loan closings from approval to funding.
• Coach and develop staff; lead training and protocol development.
• Organize files and ensure compliance with SBA requirements.
• Prepare closing documents and review title work.
• Coordinate third-party reports and appraisals.
• Maintain high level of customer service with internal and external clients.
