Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking an experienced Senior SBA 7(a) Loan Servicing Manager to oversee the ongoing servicing, administration, and risk monitoring of the firm’s SBA 7(a) loan portfolio. You will act as a subject matter expert on SBA servicing requirements and manage complex servicing matters with a focus on compliance and governance.

The role requires broad SBA servicing expertise across performing and distressed assets, including workouts, bankruptcy, REO, and guaranty purchases.

Qualifications

• Experience in SBA lending and loan servicing across performing, delinquent, defaulted, and liquidating loans.
• Strong understanding of SBA requirements and SOPs and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to lead complex servicing matters, including workouts, bankruptcies, and asset management.
• Proven ability to mentor junior staff and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight of SBA 7(a) loan portfolio across lifecycle, including post-closing servicing and monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to SBA SOPs, loan terms, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage collections, workouts, and complex default scenarios, including litigation and foreclosures.
• Lead borrower workout negotiations and coordinate with counsel to prepare necessary legal documents.
• Oversee bankruptcy matters and ensure actions protect lender and SBA interests.
• Monitor servicing compliance, including insurance, taxes, and collateral documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on servicing actions, restructurings, and asset management.
• Maintain comprehensive servicing documentation and support audits and SBA reviews.
• Develop servicing policies and best practices aligned with SBA requirements and risk framework.
