Peachtree Group is seeking an experienced Senior SBA 7(a) Loan Servicing Manager to oversee the firm's SBA 7(a) loan portfolio, ensuring compliant, efficient servicing and risk mitigation. The role requires expert SBA knowledge, strategic leadership, and collaboration with borrowers, counsel, and internal teams.

You will manage complex servicing actions, monitor credit risk, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong documentation and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SBA lending or servicing experience required.
• Experience with SBA 7(a) loan servicing, workouts, and guaranty purchases preferred.
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills with attention to risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight of SBA 7(a) loan portfolio throughout lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with SBA SOPs, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Lead workouts, restructurings, and negotiations with borrowers and counsel.
