Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; 5+ years in space systems engineering.
• Experience with spacecraft design, integration, and verification processes.
• Hands-on with spacecraft integration, flatsat testing, hardware-in-the-loop testing, or mission operations.

Responsibilities

• Own space segment architecture, requirements decomposition, and interface definitions.
• Perform preliminary concept development and trade studies; define CONOPS.
• Lead verification and validation, support integration and test operations, and risk management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure system execution and iterative design improvements.
• Participate in software-to-hardware integration and test activities for mission readiness.
