Job summary

CTS International in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Senior Software Test & Verification Engineer to join the Ground Software Engineering team. The role supports the Defense, Space & Security Satellite Systems Software Engineering organization.

The position emphasizes automated regression tests, CI/CD, and vulnerability/quality scans within an agile environment. Requires DoD Secret clearance to start and 100% onsite work in El Segundo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• DoD Secret Clearance required to start
• 5+ years of experience executing or leading automated/functional testing
• 5+ years of experience in the Software Development lifecycle (Requirements, Design, Code, Test)
• 3+ years of experience with Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with Agile software development and DevOps practices

Responsibilities

• Support verification development and review of Test Cases and Procedures.
• Lead Software Test Team in formal verification of software requirements.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) with the test team and maintain logs.
• Document issues and PRs with change control tools.
• Provide status reports on verification development and test execution.
• Coordinate with Ground Mission Software and Flight Software teams.
• Develop software verification lifecycle documents and processes.
• Support Change Control Board activities for verification.
