CTS Technology Solutions, Inc. in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Software Engineer-Developer (Experienced/Senior) to support mission software for satellite space programs. The role requires DoD Secret Clearance, 100% onsite work, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across Java, C++, Python, and ReactJS.)

The ideal candidate will contribute to end-to-end software development, architecture, and performance enhancements while aligning with safety, regulation standards, and program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• DoD Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software across the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, enhance, and optimize software products and functionalities for systems integrations.
• Develop, document, and maintain architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software products.
• Participate in the agile software development lifecycle including planning, reviews, and supporting customer meetings.
• Debug and resolve issues to ensure reliability and efficiency of software products.
• Perform software development, participate in code reviews, and adhere to software standards and design principles.
