Job summary

EnduroSat is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end satellite programs from contract award through on-orbit operations. The role requires coordinating engineering, manufacturing, testing, launch, and operations teams to meet technical, schedule, and financial objectives.

The ideal candidate has a strong aerospace background, systems engineering experience on on-orbit projects, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• End-to-end satellite development experience from design to operations.
• Experience as a responsible Systems Engineer on on-orbit flight projects.
• Familiarity with government or commercial satellite contracts and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to US and European locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee satellite programs from contract award through on-orbit operations.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, testing, launch, and operations teams.
• Lead system design reviews and major program milestones (PDR, CDR).
• Develop and manage program budgets and track forecasts vs. actuals.
• Prepare program status reports and executive updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet high quality and schedule targets.
