Qualifications

• 8+ years of major internet routing protocols experience.
• 5+ years of automation experience using Python, Bash, Shell or other programming languages.
• Experience with AWS networking products such as Direct Connect and Transit Gateway.

Responsibilities

• Deployment and ongoing maintenance of complex network solutions in manufacturing and lab environments.
• Ensure robust network operations supporting launch and mission activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing, interconnectivity, and performance issues.
• Implement and manage change control processes for network modifications.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and technical documentation.
• Lead capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives.
• Enhance and manage monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue detection.
• Mentor junior engineers on operational best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotation for critical infrastructure support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure network reliability for mission‑critical operations.
