Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics is required.
• 2+ years design/manufacturing experience in aerospace, automotive, industrial, or electronics.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers and specialists to define build/test/shipping infrastructure.
• Support hardware production and vehicle integration.
• Ensure safe, reliable, on-time satellite production.
• Improve production steps, accelerate build rates, and automate where possible.
• Implement continuous improvements and reduce errors.
• Maintain knowledge of satellite systems including design, schematics, and flight.
• Grow program manufacturing capacity and capabilities.
• Identify root causes from non-conformances and drive improvements.
• Develop training to enhance team effectiveness and align with strategy.
• Set clear goals and accountability for ownership.
