Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain TOP SECRET.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 50% per year.
• Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide SATCOM technical training at customer sites.
• Develop and maintain training course materials and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and field staff to keep materials current.
• Analyze student data to improve training effectiveness.
• Support Training Manager with instructional material updates.
