Job summary

You will apply SME knowledge in MILSATCOM, space operations, and ground systems to assist in analysis, training development, and system recommendations. The role emphasizes coordinating with engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and sustainment stakeholders, participating in IPTs and customer briefings, and contributing to certification and training

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience with DoD space/SATCOM or ground segment systems.
• Experience developing operational/maintenance procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead discussions with senior personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME input in MILSATCOM, space ops, and enterprise ground systems.
• Support OTA, MTA, and Functional Analysis activities.
• Identify and validate operator and maintainer training requirements.
• Assess mission execution processes and maintenance workflows.
• Support development of Training System Requirements documentation and deliverables.
• Validate accuracy of training products, methods, and curricula.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, operations, and sustainment teams.
• Participate in IPTs, working groups, and customer briefings.
• Recommend certification, qualification, and continuation training requirements.
• Support SSC engagements related to ESS training development and sustainment.
