Job summary

KBR in El Segundo, CA seeks a Training Systems Requirements Analysis Lead to direct and manage TSRA activities across the program lifecycle within defense and space programs.

You will develop methodologies, lead requirements analysis, coordinate with government customers and stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of TSRA products, including the System Training Plan, while interfacing with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, Military Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of defense/aerospace/space systems or military training program experience.
• Proficiency with DoDI 5000 series.
• Experience leading training requirements analysis efforts.
• Experience working with government customers and senior program leadership.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead TSRA activities across the program lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain training systems analysis methodologies and processes.
• Direct requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and traceability.
• Integrate training requirements across operations, maintenance, logistics, and test.
• Coordinate with government customers, prime contractors, and program stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery of TSRA products, reports, milestones like the Systems Training Plan (STP).
• Facilitate senior-level technical reviews, working groups, decision forums.
• Provide strategic guidance on training system architecture and implementation approaches.
• Support development of SOW, IMS, and program documentation.
