Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Systems Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience in systems engineering across hardware, software, and cyber domains.
• Background in MBSE and aerospace/defense program practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute systems engineering activities across the program lifecycle including requirements, architecture, interface management, integration, verification, deployment, and sustainment.
• Manage customer, derived, and allocated requirements with traceability and verification closure.
• Contribute to technical baselines, trade studies, design reviews, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design, integration, and test activities.
• Support risk management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions across cost, schedule, and performance.
