Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City is seeking a Specialist, Systems Engineer to join our networking team. The role covers lifecycle tasks including requirements analysis, design support, test development, installation, testing, and on-call support for a 24/7 system.

The ideal candidate has a BS degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with at least 2 years). Domestic and international travel is required. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle tasks including requirements management, design support, reviews, test development, installation, testing, and on-call support for 24/7 operation.
• Work on protected SATCOM data link systems from conceptual development through product phase-out.
• Support for proposal, requirements analysis, and system verification testing.
