Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of communications systems.
- Experience providing technical leadership and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SATCOM systems.
- Design, configure, and optimize SATCOM solutions per task orders.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues with satellite terminals, modems, RF systems.
- Provide mentorship and oversight to junior technicians.
- Coordinate with vendors, engineers, and government stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, and operational standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting.
