Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a SATCOM Maintenance Training Specialist in San Diego, CA. You will develop, organize, and conduct training programs for SATCOM systems and maintain curriculum aligned with Navy/US Navy standards.

The role requires a Secret clearance, US citizenship, and five or more years of related experience in maintenance and instruction, with a focus on AN/WSC-6(V), AN/WSC-9(V), and AN/USC-69(V) systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience
• SATCOM maintenance and training knowledge preferred
• Instructing Navy or military audiences a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize and conduct SATCOM maintenance training programs.
• Prepare curriculum lesson plans and instructor guides.
• Analyze training gaps and update course content accordingly.
• Maintain records of training activities and assess trainee performance.
• Deliver formal classroom instruction and mentor trainees.
