Job summary

Peraton is seeking a SATCOM hardware specialist to apply technical expertise in developing actionable intelligence and understanding the operational environment. You will work in a dynamic team to support signals data collection, research complex digital communications systems, and provide insights for senior leadership.

The role requires extensive experience in SATCOM hardware, telemetry, TT&C, and data analysis, with a TS/SCI clearance and the ability to engage across IC and DoD stakeholders

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience with BS/BA; 10+ years with MS/MA.
• TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• Experience with SATCOM hardware systems and launch vehicles/ground infra.
• Telemetry, tracking and control (TT&C) exposure.
• Terrestrial communications, data circuits, general networking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present briefings on requirements, capabilities, and project status for diverse audiences including senior executives.
• Provide operational guidance and engage with IC/DoD organizations.
• Support planning for and collection of signals data across multiple sources.
