Job summary

Peraton is seeking a SATCOM software specialist to apply technical expertise and curiosity to develop actionable intelligence for customers and to understand the operational environment. You will support planning for signals data collection and analyze complex digital communications.

You will present briefings to senior executives, provide operational guidance, and collaborate with IC/DoD partners on multidisciplinary teams. A TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
• Must currently hold a TS/SCI with Poly to be considered.
• Experience with SATCOM systems, weapons systems, and associated programs.
• Experience with telemetry, tracking and control (TT&C).
• Exposure to data analysis and enterprise data systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop actionable intelligence for customers and understand the operational environment.
• Work with RF intelligence and production cycle to plan and collect signals data.
• Research and analyze complex digital communications and application layer protocols.
• Prepare and present briefings on requirements, capabilities, and project status for diverse audiences including senior executives; provide operational guidance and engage with IC and DoD.
