Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC seeks a SAP Manufacturing PLM Windchill - Functional Managing Consultant to lead integration of SAP ERP/S4HANA with PTC Windchill PLM for defense and energy manufacturing programs in a highly secure federal environment.

You will configure, test, and sustain the SAP-Windchill interface, manage data mapping, and collaborate across SAP, Windchill, and middleware teams to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Eight years of SAP configuration/implementation experience with SAP‑PLM integration.
• Three years of direct Windchill PLM configuration/integration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems/Engineering/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and sustain SAP‑Windchill PLM integration components (ECM, CA, DMS, Material Master).
• Document data mapping, business processes, and integration decisions across SAP and Windchill.
• Execute unit/functional/end‑to‑end tests and track defects with the Integration Lead.
• Collaborate with SAP, Windchill, and middleware teams to validate interfaces and resolve issues.
• Support cutover planning, data validation, and post‑go‑live stabilization tasks.
• Ensure delivery aligns with federal defense engineering standards and security protocols.
