Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Windchill Technical Consultant with 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise PLM using PTC Windchill. The ideal candidate will lead Windchill customizations, integration efforts, and mentor development teams.

The role focuses on Windchill API, Info*Engine, workflows, OIRs, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations, ensuring scalable, high‑performing PLM solutions and strong architectural guidance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Windchill PLM experience.
• Expert-level Windchill Java API, InfoEngine, workflows, OIRs, and access control.
• Strong Java, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, SQL skills and Windchill data model knowledge.
• Experience designing integrations and performing Windchill upgrades/production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Windchill customizations using Windchill Java API and best practices.
• Architect and configure complex workflows, lifecycle templates, OIRs, access policies, and InfoEngine tasks.
• Develop custom services, event listeners, web services, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Customize Windchill UIs using JSP, HTML, JavaScript, and related web tech.
• Design data migration strategies, bulk loading, and upgrade plans.
• Optimize Windchill performance and ensure high availability.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, product management, and stakeholders.
• Lead design reviews and maintain development standards.
