Job summary

GAF is seeking an SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture, driving end-to-end Vistex implementations within SAP ECC/S4HANA. You will translate pricing strategies into scalable architecture and manage project deliverables across cross-functional teams.

You will lead configuration of IP modules, oversee integrations with core SAP modules, and drive governance, QA, and cutover activities while maintaining SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP Vistex experience.
• Deep IP expertise: Incentive & Payables, Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong knowledge of OT C, SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), FI/CO workflows.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (V4) and ECC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on Vistex configuration of IP modules (Chargebacks, Billbacks, Rebates, Royalties, Vendor Agreements).
• Design IP document types, pricing agreements, calculation buckets, and accrual/settlement profiles.
• Oversee S/4HANA/ECC integration with SD/OTC, MM/P2P, FI/CO.
• Lead teams of analysts, developers, and integrators through full lifecycle deployments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Procurement to capture functional requirements.
• Direct integration testing, UAT, defect triage, and cutover activities.
• Ensure SOX compliance and month-end close governance.
