Job summary

GAF is seeking an SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture. This role drives end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and ongoing management of SAP Vistex solutions within SAP ECC or S/4HANA, translating pricing strategies into scalable technical designs while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will supervise onshore and offshore analysts and developers, capture requirements with Sales, Finance, and Procurement, and oversee QA, UAT, and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong working knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and traditional SAP ECC.
• Experience managing initiatives using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: Lead hands-on configuration of Vistex IP modules (Chargebacks, Billbacks, Sales Rebates, Purchasing Rebates, Royalties, Vendor Agreements).
• System Design: Design IP document types, pricing agreements, calculation buckets, condition types, status flows, and accrual/settlement profiles.
• S/4HANA & ECC Integration: Oversee integration between Vistex and core SAP modules (SD/OTC, MM/P2P, FI/CO).
• Team Leadership: Manage onshore/offshore analysts, developers, and system integrators through full lifecycle deployments.
• Requirements Gathering: Capture functional specs with Sales, Finance, Procurement.
• Quality Assurance: Direct integration testing, UAT, defect triage, and cutover activities.
