Job summary

GAF is seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture. You’ll drive end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support of Vistex solutions embedded in SAP ECC/S/4HANA, translating pricing, incentives, rebates into scalable architecture.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage requirements, and ensure quality through QA/UAT and cutover activities while maintaining alignment with SOX controls and month-end close processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and DMP.
• Strong working knowledge of OTC, SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and SAP ECC.
• Experience managing initiatives using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: Lead hands-on configuration of Vistex IP modules and integration.
• System Design: Define IP document types, pricing agreements, calculation buckets, and accrual/settlement profiles.
• S/4HANA & ECC Integration: Oversee integration with SD/OTC, MM/P2P, FI/CO.
• Leadership & Project Governance: Manage onshore/offshore teams through deployments and stakeholder engagement.
• Quality Assurance: Direct integration testing, UAT, defect triage, and cutover activities.
