Job summary

GAF is seeking an SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture. You will design and deliver Vistex IP solutions within SAP ECC/S/4HANA, translating pricing, incentives, and rebates into scalable SAP configurations while guiding project deliverables and cross-functional workflows.

You will lead onshore and offshore teams, drive end-to-end implementations, and ensure seamless integration with core SAP modules. Travel up to 60% is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years SAP Vistex experience.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong knowledge of OTC, SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (V4 release) and ECC.
• Experience using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of Vistex IP modules (Chargebacks, Billbacks, Rebates, Royalties, Vendor Agreements).
• Oversee S/4HANA/ECC integration with SD/OTC, MM/P2P, FI/CO modules.
• Direct QA, UAT, defect triage and cutover for production releases.
• Manage onshore/offshore teams through full lifecycle deployments.
