Job summary

GAF is seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture. You will drive end‑to‑end SAP Vistex implementations, translate pricing and rebate strategies into scalable technical designs, and manage cross‑functional teams across global deployments.

Lead IP configuration, ensure integration with SD/OTC, MM, and FI/CO, and guide QA/UAT, cutover, and post‑go‑live support while aligning with SOX and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands‑on SAP functional experience with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on configuration of Vistex IP modules including Chargebacks, Billbacks, Sales Rebates, Purchasing Rebates, Royalties, and Vendor Agreements.
• Design IP document types, pricing agreements, calculation buckets, condition types, status flows, and accrual/settlement profiles.
• Oversee integration between Vistex and core SAP modules (SD/OTC, MM/P2P, FI/CO).
• Lead teams of analysts, developers, and system integrators through full lifecycle deployments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Procurement to capture functional requirements and ensure successful QA/UAT.
