Qualifications

• 12+ years of Utilities sector experience with Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
• Proven SAP CIS deployments and large-scale transformation program leadership.
• Strong ability to advise executives and shape strategic directions.
• Deep expertise in data, analytics and AI for customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior utility executives.
• Define and drive market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation.
• Originate and close complex sales pursuits with compelling value propositions.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams with accountability for scope, timeline and budget.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to maximize client impact; travel as needed.
