Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working in the Utility Industry or related Customer Transformation projects.
• Experience leading client engagements and cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and advisory capabilities with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation, customer experience, and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as a primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client business performance and drive revenue growth.
• Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring delivery meets quality and timelines.
• Travel may be required (25%–100%).
