You will elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and deliver high-quality analytics solutions for HR across the enterprise. Responsibilities include designing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations; collaborating with HR IT and business units; and driving adoption of analytics tools, with travel up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area required.
• Minimum five years’ experience in business analysis or HR process improvement.
• Extensive experience deploying or optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong data visualization experience (Power BI) and SF Story Reporting.
• Experience working in matrix-project environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Arthrex HR processes to translate goals into high-quality requirements.
• Translate business goals into strategic HR capabilities and requirements.
• Use interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and storyboards to capture needs.
• Create and maintain functional requirements, data validation, and testing artifacts.
• Lead design of reports, dashboards, and analytics visualizations for HR stakeholders.
• Plan and manage user acceptance testing and adoption activities.
