Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors specialist with extensive SAP transformation and analytics experience. You will guide design, execution, and integrations for large-scale HR Transformation programs, partnering with clients to shape roadmaps and deliver value across multiple workstreams.

The role emphasizes deep technical advisory, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on implementation of SuccessFactors solutions, including data conversion, testing, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Joule, SAP automation, and SAP Analytics Cloud for HR.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients
• Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value
