Job summary

Accenture SAP practice is seeking a transformation specialist to help clients navigate digitization and SAP transformations. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape solutions, and drive the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off capabilities across client engagements.

Willingness to travel and work remotely as needed is expected. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, define requirements, and develop concepts and roadmaps to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time and SAP SuccessFactors certifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
