Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a transformation maven to help clients digitize using SAP SuccessFactors EC Time and related modules. You’ll lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel as needed, including remote work opportunities.

Join a team that defines requirements, creates specs, develops proofs of concept, and drives change management across diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

8+ years SAP transformation or consulting experience.
3+ years as Project Lead on large SAP transformation projects.
3+ years in Employee Central with EC Time (EC certification).
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time certification.
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years work experience.

Responsibilities

Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support transformation initiatives.
Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development.
Develop and support proofs of concept, estimates, and conceptual designs.
Coordinate implementation ensuring alignment with goals and stakeholders.
Support change management to enable adoption of new processes.
Leverage expertise to provide insights across project phases.
Travel may be required (0–100%).
