Accenture is seeking a transformation professional to help clients digitize and optimize with SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central Time. You will lead teams, define requirements, and drive SAP-based transformations across multiple clients and industries.

Qualifications

8+ years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
3+ years as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
3+ years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time (must have EC certification).
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time certification.
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Support change management efforts to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.
Travel may be required; travel amount will vary 0–100% depending on business need and client requirement.
