EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive implementation, testing, and data migration across SAP SuccessFactors initiatives in the United States.

You will partner with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to configure solutions, validate data, and ensure high-quality deliveries. You will support EC, ECP, and WFT modules, perform data validation, and manage defects while coordinating with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support projects.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules including EC, ECP, and WFT.
• Contribute to configuration support across project phases.
• Execute testing activities and track defects.
• Perform data migration, validation, and data quality activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Analyze HR processes and employee lifecycle requirements.
