Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks an experienced Transformation Advisor to guide complex SAP migrations and upgrades, focusing on S/4HANA journeys from ECC. You’ll lead architecture discussions, coordinate cross-team efforts, and present strategic plans to clients.

With deep knowledge of platform enablement and digital transformation, you’ll engage C-suite stakeholders, drive pursuit outcomes, and help clients move toward innovative future-state architectures. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ advisory experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades.
• Experience leading or participating in 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Experience helping clients plan upgrade/transformation journeys.
• Minimum of 1 year with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years managing sales opportunities with Client and Account teams.
• Experience with SAP on hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and remediation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field Team and be accountable to the Smart()field Pursuit Lead.
• Lead architecture design at high and low levels, troubleshoot project challenges.
• Collaborate with client and vendors on architecture and design topics.
• Drive migration/conversion meetings and workshops with clients.
• Coordinate across towers and with vendors/partners; align with account leadership.
