Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SAP Smart()field Subject Matter Advisor to lead migration and upgrade journeys from ECC to S/4HANA with a keen focus on architecture and business alignment. You will engage with clients, lead diverse teams, and collaborate with vendors to deliver complex transformations.

You will drive plan development, facilitate migration workshops, and ensure standardization across the solution. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ advisory experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades (Brownfield/Hybrid/Greenfield).
• Experience leading or participating in 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing sales opportunities with Client and Account Teams.
• Experience with SAP on hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and clean core approaches.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field Team and be accountable to the Pursuit Lead.
• Lead architecture design and troubleshoot project challenges.
• Coordinate with client, vendors, and multiple towers on architecture topics.
• Drive migration/conversion meetings and present plans.
• Coordinate internally with account leadership and QA directors.
• Travel may be required (0–100% depending on business needs).
