Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP migration advisor to guide clients through complex ECC to S/4HANA upgrades, platform enablement, and digitization. You’ll blend technical architecture with business strategy, working directly with account teams and clients on migration planning and execution.

You will lead architecture discussions, coordinate across towers, and engage vendors to deliver end-to-end migration solutions, including planning, conversion, and data readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional SAP experience.
• 5+ years advisory with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades (Brownfield, Hybrid, Greenfield).
• Experience leading or participating in 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Experience helping clients plan upgrade/transformation journeys.
• 1+ year of SAP RISE experience.
• 2+ years managing sales opportunities with client/account teams.
• 2+ years with SAP technology tasks (downtime optimization, SAP on hyperscaler, clean core).
• Experience with Consumer Goods industry.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field Team to deliver the solution.
• Lead architecture design at high and low levels.
• Troubleshoot technical architecture challenges on projects.
• Collaborate with client and vendors on architecture topics.
• Drive migration/conversion meetings/workshops with the client.
• Coordinate across towers and with partners/outsourcing teams.
