Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice seeks a seasoned transformation advisor to guide clients through digitization, upgrading to S/4HANA, and platform enablement. You will collaborate with client and account teams, shape migration strategies, and lead cross-tower discussions.

You will also mentor teams, address architectural challenges, and partner with vendors to deliver brownfield, hybrid, or greenfield upgrades. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional SAP project experience.
• 5 years advisory on ECC to S/4HANA upgrades (Brownfield/Hybrid/Greenfield).
• Experience leading 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• 1 year experience with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• 2+ years managing sales opportunities with Client and Account Teams.
• 2+ years with SAP on hyperscaler and remediation tasks (e.g., downtime optimization).
• Experience in Consumer Goods industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field Team and deliver the solution.
• Lead architecture design and troubleshoot challenges.
• Coordinate with client, vendors, and account leadership.
• Drive migration/conversion meetings and workshops.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
