Job summary

Elios AI is seeking a Sr. Business Development Executive for SAP Services in Atlanta to own a portfolio of enterprise SAP engagements, including S/4HANA migrations and managed services. You will drive conversations with IT leadership, shaping delivery-first deals and long-term partnerships.

This services-sales role emphasizes building senior-level relationships, guiding expansion across energy, utilities, telecommunications, and more, and delivering multi-year value beyond license-only sales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with enterprise accounts.
• Direct experience selling SAP professional services (implementation, migration, advisory, or managed services).
• Quota carrying role in services at an SAP reseller or SI.
• Ability to engage IT leadership and SAP program owners.
• Experience growing enterprise accounts through upsell and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise SAP service offerings (S/4HANA migration, advisory, BTP, managed services).
• Qualify and pursue new business tied to SAP offerings and target industries.
• Develop account strategies with senior leadership to drive retention and expansion.
• Lead transitions from advisory engagements to multi-year managed services.
• Build trust with client IT leadership and SAP stakeholders for long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with delivery and solutions teams to ensure scope aligns with delivery.
• Contribute to quarterly/annual account plans, forecasts, and reviews.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and SAP ecosystem events.
