Job summary

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Senior Services Engagement Engineer at our Newtown Square, PA location to orchestrate delivery of contracted services. You will manage end-to-end engagement lifecycle, coordinate service plans, and drive SAP adoption across on-prem and cloud solutions.

Requires a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in CS or Business and 6 years’ experience; Master’s degree acceptable with 4 years’ experience. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Six years of experience in the job offered or related occupation; Master’s degree may reduce experience.
• Four years leading design, implementation, and change management projects.
• Experience with SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices.
• Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Travel: up to 80% domestic and international travel to support customer deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage long-term engagement relations with the customer and SAP throughout the life-cycle.
• Deliver premium engagement services to foster successful SAP adoption.
• Coordinate service plans with detailed KPIs and governance.
• Manage financial aspects including forecast accuracy, revenue and margins.
• Coordinate services via SAP-Organization with resource management and governance.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; manage escalation for critical situations.
• Document and report engagement status to stakeholders.
