Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with 6 years of experience.
• Alternatively, Master’s degree or foreign equivalent with 4 years of experience.
• Experience must include SAP Cloud Suite Portfolio, Incident Solving Process, Database BPA, Business Components, NetWeaver for Customer Support, and system performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities to proactively support customer success or resolve critical situations.
• Understand the customer’s business, engagement scope, roadmap, and KPIs; contribute to delivery planning.
• Explain the initial action plan and align with the account team and stakeholders.
• Support governance, engagement development, and opportunities for contract renewals.
