Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Senior Lead, SAP Security, GRC & Compliance to act as a SME for SAP Security and GRC. You will manage multiple SAP GRC instances, coordinate with external support, plan upgrades, and oversee key SOX controls across environments including S/4HANA and EWM.

You will design security, configure GRC modules, manage user access, conduct risk analyses, and support audits while guiding IT teams and stakeholders on best practices.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of SAP Security and GRC experience across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Security design and role design across SAP modules (S/4HANA, EWM, Fiori, BW, ECC).
• Configure and manage SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
• Oversee user provisioning/deprovisioning and emergency access reviews.
• Perform SoD and critical access analysis and refine GRC rulesets.
• Support SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST compliance; provide audit evidence and reports.
• Monitor SAP systems for security incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to IT and business stakeholders on security best practices.
• Create and maintain security documentation and training materials.
