Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an SAP Security & GRC Lead to own security design, governance, and BAU across SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, Fiori, and BTP. You will lead a hands-on security team and partner with Audit and Risk to keep access compliant and efficient.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP security, experience leading teams, and familiarity with SOX ITGC audits and Firefighter access management. Remote-based from Atlanta with collaboration across IT and business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP security experience including GRC Access Control and S/4HANA/Fiori security.
• 2+ years leading security teams, contractors, or SI/AMS partners.
• Participated in at least two SAP full-cycle implementations or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts and RBAC.
• Experience with SoD governance, mitigating controls and Firefighter access.
• Familiarity with SOX ITGC controls and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports with clear goals and priorities.
• Direct the day-to-day work of security resources, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Establish coverage models and run books for BAU and projects.
• Be the senior technical authority for SAP security and GRC.
• Own SAP security architecture, role design, and production guidance.
• Govern centralized role administration for cross-functional processes.
• Own GRC Access Control configuration, SoD governance, and workflows.
• Own Firefighter governance with approvals and log reviews.
• Plan security for new rollouts and ensure testing and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate with project managers and SI partners on scope and timelines.
