Job summary

PwC is seeking a SAP GTS Sr Manager to lead SAP compliance and security consulting engagements in the United States. You will analyze client needs, design and implement SAP security solutions, and guide teams to deliver measurable risk reduction and regulatory alignment.

You will mentor executives and practitioners, drive program governance, and apply systems thinking to complex environments, contributing to the Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice within PwC.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP compliance and security consulting services to confirm regulatory compliance and enhance security measures
• Analyze client requirements and implement tailored SAP security solutions to protect sensitive data
• Provide strategic advisement and support for compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Manage client relationships and deliver quality results through effective communication and influence
• Coach and motivate teams to solve complex problems and drive operational efficiency
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying issues and opportunities within client environments
• Direct teams through challenging and uncertain situations with composure and sound judgment
• Develop and sustain diverse, high-performing teams contributing to PwC's success
• Craft and convey clear, holistic messages to clients and stakeholders
• Validate outcomes with clients and iterate based on feedback to improve service delivery
