Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products seeks an SAP Security & GRC Lead to own design, governance, and day-to-day operation of security across the SAP landscape, including S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, and integrated apps. You will lead a small security team and collaborate with audits and risk to ensure SOX compliance.

The role emphasizes BAU provisioning, role design, and leading security for new rollouts, with liaison to IT and business units. Remote role based out of Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP security experience with hands-on GRC Access Control.
• 2+ years leading security teams or partners in a supervisory role.
• Experience in two SAP full-cycle implementations and cutover support.
• Deep understanding of SAP authorization concepts and SoD governance.
• Familiarity with SOX ITGC controls and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP security architecture, role design, and access governance across S/4HANA, Fiori, and BTP.
• Oversee BAU user provisioning, access reviews, and security incident response.
• Drive security for new SAP rollouts, including cutover and go-live support.
• Coordinate with auditors, risk, and compliance to evidence SOX controls.
• Manage and mentor security resources and drive automation of provisioning.
