Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Senior Lead, SAP Security, GRC & Compliance to serve as SME for SAP Security and GRC across multiple environments. You will plan upgrades, manage access controls, and oversee SOX controls while working with 3rd party teams and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing security, configuring GRC modules, managing user access and emergency access, and supporting audit activities. Strong communication skills and 8–10+ years in SAP security are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC.
• Hands-on configuration across SAP landscapes (on-premise and cloud).
• Knowledge of SAP security concepts (roles, profiles, authorization objects, SU24, PFCG) and proficiency in GRC modules.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for SAP Security & GRC, managing multiple SAP GRC instances.
• Engage with 3rd party operational support teams and plan upgrades/releases.
• Oversee SOX controls for SAP GRC environments.
• Design and implement SAP security including role design and user access controls across SAP modules.
• Configure and manage GRC AC, PC, and RM modules to automate security processes and enforce compliance.
• Oversee user lifecycle management including emergency access and access reviews.
• Perform SoD and CA analysis and refine GRC rulesets with process owners.
• Support compliance and audit activities with evidence and reports.
• Monitor SAP systems for security incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to IT teams on security best practices and maintain technical documentation.
