Job summary

OxyChem, a Berkshire Hathaway company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, seeks an experienced SAP Security Analyst to govern user access and security across SAP environments. You will manage user/Roles, SoD, and GRC processes while collaborating with business and IT teams to ensure secure access for critical operations.

Responsibilities include configuring SAP security roles, performing access reviews, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
5+ years of SAP technical experience.
3+ years of SAP Security experience.
Experience with SAP user and role administration, SAP authorization troubleshooting, SAP GRC Access Control, SAP GRC Risk Management, and S/4HANA/BW/4HANA/Fiori environments.

Responsibilities

Create, modify, and maintain SAP user accounts and security roles.
Support end users with SAP access and authorization issues.
Troubleshoot security and access-related incidents.
Administer and support SAP GRC Access Control and Access Risk Management.
Coordinate periodic user access reviews and compliance activities.
Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets.
Develop and maintain security documentation and procedures.
Support multiple SAP platforms: S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, SolMan, BTP, Cloud ALM, SaaS SAP apps.
