Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP technical experience.
• 3+ years of SAP Security experience.
• Experience with SAP user and role administration.
• SAP GRC Access Control experience.
• SAP GRC Risk Management experience.
• Experience with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and Fiori environments.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain SAP user accounts and security roles.
• Support end users with SAP access and authorization issues.
• Troubleshoot security and access-related incidents.
• Administer SAP GRC Access Control and Access Risk Management.
• Coordinate periodic user access reviews and compliance activities.
• Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and procedures.
• Support SAP platforms: S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, SolMan, BTP, Cloud ALM, SaaS apps.
