OxyChem, a Berkshire Hathaway company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, seeks an experienced SAP Security Analyst to govern user access and security across SAP environments. You will manage user/Roles, SoD, and GRC processes while collaborating with business and IT teams to ensure secure access for critical operations.

Responsibilities include configuring SAP security roles, performing access reviews, and supporting audits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP technical experience.
• 3+ years of SAP Security experience.
• Experience with SAP user and role administration, SAP authorization troubleshooting, SAP GRC Access Control, SAP GRC Risk Management, and S/4HANA/BW/4HANA/Fiori environments.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Analyst to support and secure a complex SAP ecosystem, ensuring users have the appropriate access to perform their job functions while maintaining compliance with security and governance standards. This role is responsible for SAP user and role administration, access risk analysis, Segregation of Duties (SoD) management, authorization troubleshooting, and ongoing support of SAP GRC processes. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business and technical teams to deliver secure, efficient access management solutions across both on-premise and cloud-based SAP platforms.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience supporting SAP security within environments that include SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, and related SAP applications. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting audit, compliance, and operational objectives. Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, Access Risk Management, and user access review processes is highly valued.
